  1. Know the sugar content in your food.

As we all know, sugar is the source of happiness in our daily life, for having sugar could make our brain feel excited. However, a surfeit of sugar could cause oral illness, hypertension, hyperlipemia, and hyperglycemia, even exceed the process of skin aging, such as skin saccharification. So many bad effects, there is a need to control sugar scientifically and know the quantity of sugar included in our food. How do we know it? At first, you should look at the batching table, there usually shows the amount of refined sugar which has a large amount of varieties, for example, refined cane sugar, glucose, brown sugar, malt sugar and so on added into the food or drink. And there is another one we should take care that is honey, for the reason that it has a great amount of sugar even though it isn’t the refined one. But, if there is no exact introduction about the sugar content, you may know other clues about the sugar, which is carbohydrate another name of sugar.   1. Be clear about how much sugar should be intake every day.

After we know the necessity to control sugar and then to be clear about the amount of sugar in our drink, the next thing is that figure out how much of sugar is needed by us every day. In reality, suggestions from WHO are that the basic standard amount is 10% free sugar in total intake per day needed by adult and children, and it would be better if intake could be limited into 5% so that the risks of tooth decay, obesity, overweight and so on would get decreased. However, what’s the meaning of free sugar? It’s not the sugar we take from main food, like bread, rice or vegetables but the sugar involved in our fruit (it was not the main food for vegetarians), sneak, dessert, drinks and the simple sugar or polysaccharide added by cook or manufacturer into our food. In addition, it doesn’t mean that you cannot have dessert any more but you should cut the sugar intake every day to keep a more healthy life.

  1. Make a dessert plan for yourself.

For the sake of good figure, nice skin and strong body, it’s necessary for you to make a daily dessert plan in your schedule. You can try to taste just one small cake each day but that would be too frustrating. Or the second way that you can determine which day is dessert day and that would be better for you to enjoy sweet things for yourself, even there is long time to wait for this day. The third way is that you could find some sugar substitute just like thaumatin (African arrow root) and mysterious fruit (after eating this fruit, you could taste every acid thing sweet) we have mentioned in last editions.
