In accordance with some scientific investigations,we are in a sub-health state. This is because too many fatty food are consumed but not digested.The white-collar actually need to spend much time in sitting at the seat for the whole day. Playing sports has been popular with students on the campus.In order to make friends from different grades, they will host some big football activities to bring everyone together. There are enough physical exercise facilities to be given to students at school. They could communicate the opinions and organize the associations with each other. For girls, they actually like playing volleyball, which could keep them loose and funny. When they won a championship, shared the joy of victory with a smile on their faces in one competition. When the brain is in a state of excitement, it will stimulate the production of dopamine hormones, which can have a positive effect on the body.
